This policy describes how Trade Gate, a Chrome browser extension provided by Trade Solutions Lab (“we,” “us”), handles information during its private Beta. Trade Gate is a customizable pre-trade rule-confirmation and execution guardrail for supported trading websites. Contact us at tradesolutionslab@gmail.com.

1. Information stored in your browser

Trade Gate uses Chrome extension local storage to save your configured trading setups, prompts, pause preferences, enabled/disabled state, onboarding status, interface preferences, license state, and a limited history of gate decisions. Gate decision records may include a date/time, decision, and description of the relevant order control. This information is stored locally within your browser's extension storage. It is not uploaded by Trade Gate to a Trade Solutions Lab server.

2. Information used for license verification

When you activate Trade Gate, you provide a license key and the email address associated with the license purchase. Trade Gate contacts Lemon Squeezy's licensing API to activate, validate, or deactivate the license. License requests include the license key, and when applicable a license instance identifier and instance name. Licensing responses may include purchase-associated email and license/product information, which Trade Gate uses to confirm eligibility. The customer email and license details are also stored locally for license management. Lemon Squeezy processes license-related data according to its own practices and policies.

3. Trading website interaction

On supported NinjaTrader Web and Tradovate Web pages, Trade Gate examines relevant page controls and trading actions to determine when to present your configured prompts. Trading interaction data is used locally for this execution-guardrail function; Trade Gate does not send your order details, trading setups, or account balances to Trade Solutions Lab. Trade Gate is not a broker and does not provide trading signals or recommendations.

4. Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell your information. License-verification requests are sent to Lemon Squeezy as necessary to operate the licensed product. We do not use extension data for unrelated advertising, creditworthiness determinations, or lending decisions. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers in this static website.

5. Retention and control

Your local settings and license state generally remain on your device until you reset them, clear the extension's storage, or uninstall the extension. Trade Gate allows you to export and import your configuration. Uninstalling or clearing local storage does not by itself erase records held by Lemon Squeezy in connection with license purchases or activations. 6. Security

Trade Gate uses Chrome's extension storage and HTTPS connections for licensing. No software or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep license keys private and avoid sharing exported configuration files if they contain information you consider sensitive.

7. Children

Trade Gate is intended for adults using supported trading platforms, not for children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as Trade Gate develops. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version. Material changes in data practices will be reflected here.
